Abstract
Isolated fracture of the coracoid process is rare. The association of fracture of the coracoid process with complete acromioclavicular dislocation is even more uncommon.
Conservative treatment has been used when either the acromioclavicular dislocation was not complete, or when the coracoid process fracture consisted of only a small avulsion fragment minimally displaced.
Nonoperative management of complete acromioclavicular dislocation with a displaced fracture of the coracoid process has been utilized rarely.
